The yeast infection won’t do that. Certain STDs can leave you infertile if left untreated..

An untreated STD can definitely cause infertility. Not sure about the yeast infection, but you wouldn’t want to be going through the pain and discomfort for long.

Certain STDs can certainly make you sterile.
Having a yeast infection for too long – I don’t know. But you should get it cleared up ASAP instead of waiting.

A yeast infection needs to be treated at the immediate sign of one, it won’t prevent pregnancy (but if you have one while giving birth you can make the baby sick.) Like the first comment some STD’s can leave you infertile and if you suspect one you need to have it checked and treated right away. The best thing for you (or your friend) to do is talk to your doctor although these answers may help you get info it won’t treat either one of these problems!

things like Chlamydia can leave you infertile
but yeast infections shouldn’t have that much of an effect on you having a kid. get checked out at a GP or GUM clinic to be sure. ]
the easrlier an STI is caught the more they can do for you, good luck x

If I knew what STD I would be able to better answers your question. Chlamydia and Gonorrhea left untreated can cause infertility. Herpes will not stop you from being able to become pregnant. Also a yeast infection will not stop you. You need to get medication for your yeast infection and whatever std you may have.
Here is a link that will answer some questions about std’s and pregnancy. Just click on the std you have.

Some stds do nothing to your reproductive system while some like chlamydia can make you infertile or sterile by causing damage to reproductive systems. Yeast infections don’t make you sterile, but it would be best to treat them.
