I think i have lyme disease but I dont have a bite mark that has turned into a big red mark thats spread around the bite. Do you have to get a mark to get lyme?

How do i get rid of a remaining cold sore mark?

I had a cold sore about 2 weeks ago, and by mistake i picked at and it basically came of like a scab on a cut, and left a huge mark on my upper lip and looks like a mole. How do i get rid of it? There is no cold sore left but the mark makes me feel embarresed.
