I have an appointment for the wellwoman clinic on friday to be officially diagnosed with what i know is genital warts, has anyone been through treatment? How was it? I assume they will use chryotherapy, how long does it take to get rid of them and have healed skin again? How bad is the treatment – how painful on the inner genital tissue? Can they just cut off some on the outer skin around the thighs? Please give your experience and the time ot took to heal.

Hi I saw an answer to a question and the lady said that there is medication you can use to keep from getting an outbreak. I get them all the time right before I get my period for about a day or two and it is very uncomfortable sometimes I want to cry. What is the name of this medication…thank you. As soon as I get an answer I am calling my doc and asking them to prescribe it for me they know I have gential warts.

I was wondering how to get rid of genital warts without going to the doctor. have heard milkweed works. Is thia true? Has anyone ever tried it? Any other at home remedies? Please help!

The female genital wart is acquired as a sexually transmitted infection. It is caused by a sub-type of human papillomavirus or HPV. I just found out today that I have genital warts for the first time. I have only slept with 2 people and I’m rather careful so this came to me as a big shock. I also may have cervical cancer. I just started treatment, but I want to know how long to wait before becoming sexually active again. Even after they clear, can I spread them to others? I have so many questions and I really didn’t get any answers from my doctor.

Genital warts are soft wart-like growths on the genitals caused by a viral skin disease. Genital warts caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV). HPV is a transmitted infection (STI). Genital warts also called venereal warts. Genital warts may be small, flat, flesh-colored bumps or tiny, cauliflower-like bumps. Genital warts are a type of transmitted disease (STD). Most people who acquire those strains never develop warts or any other symptoms. HPV also causes many cases of cervical cancer; types 16 and 18 account for 70% of cases. Genital warts can be passed from person to person through intimate contact. In men, genital warts can grow, near the anus, or between the scrotum. In women, genital warts may grow on the vulva and perineal area, in the and on the cervix. HPV infection also is associated with the development of other anogenital cancers in women. The HPV types that cause cervical cancer also have been linked with both anal and penile cancer in men as well as a subgroup of head and neck cancers in both women and men. Most patients with genital warts are seen between the ages of 17–33 years. Genital warts are highly contagious.

Lets say you touch a cold sore then your privates, would that develop into genital herpes? I though that cold sores were caused by a different strain of herpes than genital herpes. So is it true or not?

I was diagnosed with genital warts a few months ago and the doctor gave me Condylox Gel it is painful and burns the surrounding skin if you’re not careful. Does anyone know of any Natural treatments that doesn’t involve burning the HELL out of Penis. I already seen a doctor and i don’t have insurance to keep going back to see him. Can anyone help?

I have 2 skin tags growing on the shaft of my penis. Does anyone know of any home remedies to get rid of them. Insurance does not cover skin tag removal. It is considered unneeded cosmetic surgery.
