How long does it take for an yest infection to go away?

I played with myself, and ended up getting an infection (yest) When I play in the shower, it doesn’t hurt but when I play in the bed or whatever it hurts. How long does it take for an yest infection to go away, if I’m using an yest infection cream?

a couple of weeks..it happend to me and i went to the doctor and got medicine cleared up in about 2 weeks

it takes 5-7 days with monistat cream. but, if you go to the doctor,-he/she will give you 1 pink tablet to take, and this will cure it up sooner. good luck.

It should say on the package. It really depends on what kind of cream you have, it could be a 1 or 2 day treatment, or even a 7 day treatment. Try to keep yourself clean and dry, yeah down there. Whenever you feel the need to “play with yourself” wash your hands before and after, to keep it from getting worse, and to not spread it to other areas. If you have a sexual partner, I would refrain from “playing” for awhile, and absolutely stay away from oral “playing”, your partner could end up with a yeast infection in their mouth, otherwise known as thrush.

up to one week…use the cream as directed. check and make sure you arent taking antibotics if you are that can make it worse or not go away
