My dad has gout in his feet periodically when he works in produce delivery (as a truck driver). He hasn’t had it in months but it just flared up again. Any way to subdue & cure the beastly pain?

I am a 23 year old female with no prior history of bed wetting. The past two nights I have urinated in my sleep. Last night it was around 0330 and tonight around 0230. There has been no alcohol involved at all, as I rarely ever drink. I can’t remember even wetting the bed as a child, and now this. I am just horrified.
